Maintenance and Efficiency Program (MEP)

According to a recent utility company survey, you could be wasting as much as 37% or more electricity when your Air Conditioning system is out of tune. Performing regular maintenance can also prevent costly system breakdowns and offer you and your family an added peace-of-mind.

Our Maintenance and Efficiency Program (MEP) is designed to help you to get the most out of your cooling and heating system. The MEP includes two (2) visits per year. The first at the start Spring to tune up of your condensing unit(s) and the second at start of Fall to tune up of your heating unit(s).

Below is a description of what is serviced on a MEP visit.
