Mayeux’s came through when it counted most by completing our home generator install two days before hurricane Ida hit. The Kohler 20kw generator turned on immediately when the power went out during 100 mph winds and ran for 9 days straight with zero issues. Derek was very responsive to my questions regarding maintenance and oil changes to ensure the machine would run smoothly during the prolonged outage. I highly recommend the Mayeux team for a generator install which was reasonably priced and gave our family great peace of mind during a very powerful hurricane.

We had a Kohler generator installed in 2017 by Mayeux. Their pricing was extremely competitive and all of their promises for installation were kept along with deadlines. We did have a few initial issues with the generator (not Mayeux), but they rectified the situation. This has been a life saver for our family and we've used it annually instead of evacuating. Even after Ida, Mayeux was out here to do a maintenance when they suffered damage to their business and home. Their customers come first!! I strongly recommend!

Excellent service! Our central A/C had been crapping out for some time. We tried to get the installer out multiple times to no avail. Finally called Mayeux’s. The technicians they sent out went over our system with a fine tooth comb. They corrected all the issues they found, even little ones that weren’t contributing to our A/C problem. They ordered and installed all the necessary parts, and our A/C has been running nice and cold ever since. Their office staff is friendly, courteous and honest. They’ve earned a lifelong customer and I would recommend them to anyone needing A/C and/or heating work done!

We purchased a Kohler generator from Mayeux's in Norco a few years ago. Very satisfied with the generator and with Mayeux's - they service it every year. So glad we had it during Ida.
